Refund Policy: Andaman Tour and Travel Company

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
   • Customers may cancel their bookings with Andaman Tour and Travel Company subject to the following conditions:
     • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
     • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
     • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process:
   • To initiate a refund, customers must contact Andaman Tour and Travel Company via email or phone, providing their booking details and reason for cancellation.
   • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.
   • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.
3. Exceptions:
   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unavoidable situations, Andaman Tour and Travel Company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours.
   • In such cases, customers will be offered alternative tour dates or a full refund.
4. No-shows and Late Arrivals:
   • Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled tour or arrive late without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Additional Terms:
   • Refunds are not applicable for any unused portion of the tour or services voluntarily not availed by the customer.
   • Andaman Tour and Travel Company is not liable for any expenses incurred by the customer related to the cancellation of the tour, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation, or transportation costs.
6. Policy Acknowledgment:
   • By booking a tour with Andaman Tour and Travel Company, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
