1.1. 25% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking (1st installment online) as a token amount. This can be paid to the account details provided or through our Payment Gateway.
1.2. 25% of the total package cost must be paid within 5 days of receiving the confirmation (2nd installment online).
1.3. 50% of the total package cost must be paid on the day of arrival.
Note: If the customer wishes to make the third installment online, they must inform us at least 3 days before their travel date. If the client pays through the payment gateway, an additional 2% charge will be borne by the guest.
1.4. For urgent bookings (less than 15 days before travel), 50% of the total package cost is required.
1.5. Your payment invoice and vouchers will be delivered via email. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days after the booking date.
2.1. Package prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees ₹) and are based on current rates of exchange and prevailing hotel tariffs.
2.2. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
2.3. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, government taxes, ferry charges, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.
3.1. If cancellations are made from the booking date up to 30 days before the trip's start date, 30% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3.2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip's start date, 70% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3.3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3.4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. We will try our best to provide an alternative activity; however, no refunds will be issued.
3.5. 100% cancellation charges apply in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, or changes in flight/ferry schedules due to technical issues, weather, high tides, or sea conditions.
3.6. In case of a lockdown in Andaman due to COVID-19, we will provide a credit note that can be redeemed within one year. The revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season/off-season rates. Final costs must be confirmed with the reservation team.
4.1. Hotels will be provided from the suggested list. If unavailable, similar-category hotels will be allotted.
4.2. Standard/Deluxe/Premium/Luxury refer to hotel categories, not room types. Base-category rooms are included; upgrades are chargeable.
4.3.All water activities and ferry services are weather & government clearance dependent. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.
4.4. Cancellation charges apply as per company policy.
4.5. Any difference in hotel cost due to change or non-availability will be informed to guests.
4.6. Guests must carry valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License).
4.7. Check-in & check-out are as per hotel policy; most Andaman hotels have 08:00 AM check-out.
4.8. Itinerary may change due to weather, ferry issues, or operational reasons; updates will be shared daily.
4.9. Journey of Andaman is not responsible for delays/missed sightseeing due to strikes, curfews, roadblocks, closures, or natural calamities.
4.10. Meal timings are fixed as per hotel rules. Extra bed means extra mattress only.
4.11. EP/CP/MAP/AP meal plans apply as per booking confirmation.
4.12. Only written confirmations are valid; verbal commitments are not binding.
4.13. During peak season, traffic or crowd conditions may affect sightseeing; no refunds apply.
4.15. Vehicles are provided as per itinerary; extra usage will be charged additionally.
4.16. Any amendment, postponement, or customization will attract additional charges.
4.17. Government orders, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters may lead to itinerary changes at extra cost.
4.18. Postponement charges range from 10%–30% during peak season/long weekends.
4.19. Journey of Andaman is not responsible for refunds due to flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
4.20. Alternate ferry or sightseeing arrangements may be provided, but no refund for canceled ferries/water activities.
4.21. Timely payment is mandatory; non-payment may result in cancellation of hotels, vehicles, and services.
4.22. Missed installment payments may attract late fees or auto-release of booking.
4.23. Initial payment of ₹2,000–₹3,000 is for blocking only; 25% advance is required for hotel & vehicle confirmation.
4.24. Gala dinner charges (Christmas, New Year, festive dates) are compulsory and payable directly to the hotel.
4.25. Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room view, bed type) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
4.26. Itinerary changes during the tour are not allowed without prior approval.
4.27. Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility; the company is not liable for loss or damage.
4.28. Ferry options include Makruzz, Green Ocean, Nautika, ITT Majestic (subject to availability). Government ferries may be used if private ferries are unavailable.
4.29. Museums/monuments are closed on Mondays; Ross Island is closed on Wednesdays. Missed visits may be adjusted if time permits.
4.30. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4.31.Rescheduled trips require 100% payment of revised package cost.
4.32.Making a payment confirms acceptance of all the above terms & conditions.
